The molecular biochemist Dr Ian Gray (Michael Pitt) is obsessed
with eyes – and has been so ever since he was a child, carrying a
camera with him to photograph them in pairs wherever he goes. At a
Halloween party he photographs the eyes of a beautiful young woman,
Sofi (Astrid Bergès-Frisbey), whose head is masked by a stocking
and who seems to like him judging by the fact that she hauls him in
to the nearest toilet and initiates sex. …
