2009! I dub thee 'The Year Of Quirk' (and I'm not talking of the
1990 release from Fat & Frantic). There have been a handful of
good albums from the likes of U2,
Kasabian, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and
Bruce Springsteen, but the ones that have topped
my playlists are definitely and defiantly quirky.
Animal Collective paved the way with
Merriweather Post Pavilion at the beginning ...
